It’s time for the Monaco Grand Prix the epitome for the perfect blend of luxury, prestige, glamour and grandeur.  All sporting actions will pale between May 26-29th , 2016, when the action shifts to the Monaco Grand Prix which will be held in the seaside country known for high life and luxury.

It’s a race that every Formula One driver dreams of winning. A race that needs a combination of precision driving, technical excellence and sheer bravery. The Armco barrier-lined circuit leaves no margin for error, demanding more concentration that any other Formula One track. Cars run with maximum down force and brakes are worked hard. Overtaking is next to impossible so qualifying in Monaco is more critical than at any other Grand Prix.

One of the most glamorous and expensive events in the world, this race ranks high on the Formula One schedule calendar. No event on the F1 calendar can truly match the excellence, the glamour and the challenge of the Monaco GP.

The Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix is one of the most prestigious automotive races in the world, raced on the Circuit de Monaco around the glamorous streets of the Principality. Thousands of spectators from all over the world flock to the wealthy location to see the race every year, and as the popularity of the Grand Prix grows, so does the good looking crowd.

Monaco, with its history and the expensive yachts lining its harbor is a treat to luxury travelers and Formula One enthusiasts alike with plenty to see and enjoy.  From Casino Square to the world's most famous Hairpin, through the tunnel and past the luxurious yachts, Monte Carlo is a circuit of legendary corners seeped in history. The seaside Principality offers a mix of glamour, elegance, fun, prestige and a warm hospitality which you will take back with you. From the Monaco GP to the exquisite beach, the country boasts of elegant living with its lively night life, marina, restaurants, luxury hotels and casinos. It boasts of sunshine 300 days a year, celebrates art and culture throughout the year while offering the most delicious world cuisines of the world.

The first Monaco Grand Prix was held in 1929 much before the current World Championships. The first race was set up by Anthony Noghes who wanted the ACM (Automobile Club de Monaco) to be granted a global status, but it soon became a popular event and had outgrown its original purpose. The invitation only race was won by French driver William Grover-Williams in a Bugatti Type 35B.

Nico Rosberg has won the last three editions of the Monaco Grand Prix, racing for Mercedes. Other recent winners include Mark Webber (Red Bull Racing RB8 Renault) in 2012, Sebastian Vettel (Red Bull Racing RB7 Renault) in 2011 and Mark Webber (Red Bull Racing RB6 Renault) in 2010.

The fastest cars will complete the 2-mile lap around the Monte Carlo circuit in about 75 seconds. While some argue that the race isn’t for purists, the Monaco GP offers a heavy dose of glamour, high life and drama, on and off the track.

So mark your calendar and make sure you pack those Louis Vuttions and book your accommodation in the most luxurious hotels here to make sure you are there to see the most adrenalin racing sport event of the year.
