Look how gorgeous Indian film actress Deepika Padukone looked at the 11th edition of the much awaited Blender's Pride Fashion Tour that took place at the Leela Ambience Hotel, Gurgaon in Delhi recently. Anju Modi’s collection created especially for Bajirao Mastani in collaboration with Eros International and Bhansali Productions’ Bajirao Mastani unveiled its style at the Blenders Pride Fashion Tour.

The collection captured the atmosphere with its sheer brilliance as models came forth on the ramp, with ensembles that highlighted marked influences of the traditional Marathi outfits, authentic Persian costumes. Each piece was a page from the book of history, illustrating the era of Bajirao, a man of steel, undefeated at war yet overcome by the matters of the heart. Deepika Padukone brought alive the spirit of Mastani, a multi-faceted woman with progressive attributes, as she walked the ramp donning the finale creation.

Inspired by the strength and valour of Bajirao, the loyalty and devotion of Kashibai, and the beauty and spirit of Mastani; Anju Modi presented a narrative through her collection that brought alive the venerated personalities of the rich Marathi history!

Deepika’s solo from the movie, ‘Deewani Mastani’ too was launched at the event.

Col.lab.oration of creative inspirations was the order of the evening as music, curated by Gaurav Raina, took over the space. Midival Punditz along with Kutle Khan played rhythms tuned to rustic beats unifying the elements of the evening.
