Chef Ali Shiddique, who trained under renowned French Chef Julien Bompard, has been making waves in the culinary world for over a decade. After his instrumental role in earning 11 Woodfire a Michelin star, he now heads the kitchen at LOWE, a Michelin Green Star restaurant in Dubai. At LOWE, Chef Ali has become a champion of sustainable gastronomy, focusing on zero-waste cooking and seasonal ingredients that support environmental responsibility.  He shpwcased his signature culinary style that deftly intertwined creativity with sustainability.
