The recent launch event was marked with a grand celebration offering a glimpse to the ultimate uber-luxury experience at the Radisson Blu MBD Hotel in Noida. It was attended by the crème-de-la-crème as they were escorted to each and every suite by the senior members of the staff while explaining every detail of the decoration and design.

It comprised of 33 elaborately designed rooms, lavishly furnished to ensure an unprecedented level of luxury and hospitality experience for guests.  Every suite came with bespoke personalized services catering to the guest’s individual needs.

The owners of the hotel Monica and Sonica Malhotra have personally supervised, lending their creative hand to the décor and design of the suites. At the launch both the elegantly dressed sisters were seen escorting guests and hobnobbing with them urging them to indulge on the specially crafted and well plated delicacies.

The suites have customized lighting, a mini bar that looked like a luxe chest and impeccable interiors of rococo style yet staying true to its imperial Indian roots. The curtains looked lush and heavy the bed covers and cushions had lush embroidery of authentic “dabka” work. A collection of antique finish furniture with elegant bathrooms and a range of impressive reclaimed beds and emperor beds with intricate gilt bed wall canopies and bed throws flushed the rooms with regal charm.

 The corridors lit up as you walked, showcasing beautiful colonial paintings with stunning frames, antique artifacts that whispered French and Venetian extravaganza.

 The decorative scheme encapsulated centuries with styles alternating between those from the Victorian to the most contemporary lending it a timeless and eclectic feel.  Bespoke furniture meticulous with gold carvings dating back to the 1800s made its own statement.

 Detailed craftsmanship in ceilings and walls, beautiful table lamps and chandeliers heightened the style of the elaborately designed rooms.  Rich fabrics, high beds with footstools, elegant bathroom fittings, modern amenities and neoclassical carpets added to the exclusivity.

 A not-to-be missed experience was the Privé Lounge, an exclusive area that makes for a perfect space for an extravagant lunch or an exuberant networking dinner with complimentary cocktail hours. Adding to it were the lavish evening amenities and a well-stocked library for passionate readers.

 Guests for the evening were ushered in chauffeur driven premium luxury cars presenting an exotic treat of leisure. As they indulged in delicately plated fusion food complete with champagne a live performance of harp provided the music played by two girls dressed dreamily like Cindrellas in a flowing wrap of frilly chiffons.
