If you are a food lover then you must try out the Armenian and Lebanese cuisine from 17th - 26th November 2017 at Food Exchange, Novotel Aerocity, New Delhi by celebrity chef Zarmig who has been flown in especially from Lebanon for the first time to showcase her culinary skills. We were invited for a preview and tasting session where we got to taste the best of her recipes that included fresh puffed up breads, sweet rice cooked inside a pumpkin, amazing variety of salads, kebabs in gravy etc. You can also indulge in an exciting range of delectable Lebanese and Armenian cuisine with a range of hot and cold appetizers like Zeytov Litsk, Armenian Labneh, Armenian Mortadelle, Rolled Zeytonov hats, Fishne Kebbe, Batata Harra and similar.
