Celebration with Gout de France

As part of the Goût de France celebrations Pullman Aerocity New Delhi , curated an exclusive menu that was extravagant and delicious. www.luxepointindia.com was invited to taste, where a incredibly beautiful five course dinner was laid out for us at Pluck, their fine dining restaurant.  Chef Ajay Anand curated the event and made sure the guests returned with the best memories of an amazing French gastronomic dinner.  We began with Wild Mushroom & Truffle Parmesan Choux, the scrumptious Baked Three Cheese Artichoke, the Sea Bass Grenoloise, Canenbert and Gruyere,  with deserts Pain Perdu and Baba au rhum were served plated beautifully.

First launched in 2015, Goût de France meaning “Good France” celebrated annually promotes the visibility of French cuisine across the world. The event was organised by the Ministry of Europe & Foreign Affairs and Chef Alain Ducasse in 150 countries over 3000 restaurants, 150 embassies over 5 continents in celebration of French gastronomy.
