Ace designer of Kolkata, Sabyasachi opened the Shree Raj Mahal Jewellers Indian Couture Week in Delhi with his regal 'Ferozabad' line. Spectators enjoyed this unique and luxurious showcase as models walked through a ramp made to look like a royal passenger train. The dramatic set of the train had a backdrop of passengers travelling in the train while models dressed in opulent ensembles walked the corridors. 

The collection draws its inspiration from Ferozabad and has a rich mix of heavily embroidered and embellished lehengas, coats, kurtas, Bandhgalas and Khadi shirts. Also present on the occasion was the newly-wed Rani Mukerji in the front row, looking elegant in an embellished cream sari by the designer.
