Well known industrialists, celluloid stars of the Indian film industry and television actors stepped out in style to enjoy a fun day in the honour of the 26th Annual Poonawalla Breeder's Multi Million Races.

When the renowned Poonawalla Stud Farms hosts the races, it is not just about horses and betting. What adds to the charm of the sport is the great mix of style and fashion at the High Tea followed by a sundowner which sees the well-heeled, glitterati and celluloid stars gather for a classic day’s racing in their finest spring fashions. 

The Poonawalla family - Behroze & Zavaray Poonawalla, Cyrus Poonawalla, Michelle & Yohan Poonawalla, Natasha & Adar Poonawalla and Simone & Delna Poonawalla were gracious hosts to a galaxy of celebrities and socialites which included TV starlets Krystle D’souza, Sumona Chakravarti and Pooja Gaur, actress Urvashi Rautela and Daisy Shah, Tanaz Doshi, Kavita Lakhani, Mansi Scott, Nisha Jamvwal, Hasleen Kaur, Kamaal Sidhu, Raman Lamba, Rashmi Nigam, Miss India Alankriti Sahai among others. 

While the races were the highlight obviously, the ladies took their part by making a statement with hats designed aesthetically by designer Delna Poonawalla in beautiful spring colours and flowers. And so the the beautiful looked more beautiful.  Among the lucky ones who got to wear not just the Delna Poonawalla hats but her beautiful ensembles also were actress Urvashi Rautela and Daisy Shah were.

As the echoes of ardent race enthusiast and galloping of horses subsided on a sunny day it moved to the excitement of a peppy note as the crowds let their hair down to the music at the sundowner ending a superb fun day the way it should.
