For the first time since the lock down was removed, a sporting activity has brought people outdoors. Golf being a game that encourages social distancing was the perfect choice for a fundraiser to fight COVID-19. The Tournament saw former World Cup-winning captain Kapil Dev, former India spinner Murali Karthik along with star golfers Gaganjeet Bhullar and Shubhankar Sharma come together to raise funds.

The Charity Golf Tournament raised a whopping 45 lakhs+ for the cause! The lead donor was Chennai based industrialist and veteran golf enthusiast Dilip Thomas followed closely by DCB Bank, Yaantra.com, and SRF Foundation. Jaipur Watch Company, India’s only bespoke watch manufacturer created and unveiled a special Golf Edition watch for Delhi Golf Club, with the DGC golf course and logo embossed as the background featuring ruby and emerald on the crown. The limited-edition (10 units only) watch is available in 3 colors.
