Young and upcoming artist Tanisha Jain showcased her debut exhibition at the Alliance Francaise, New Delhi recently in association with www.luxepointindia.com

The successful debut show titled Colorscape - Strokes & Splashes was inaugurated by Alka Raghuvanshi, well-known art writer and attended by art collectors, critics, artists, sculptors and media including Delhi's top bloggers. 17 year old student of Modern School, New Delhi was inspired and motivated as she saw her art being appreciated by many of the guests.

"I have always been painting, it's the best feeling when a blank canvas comes to life with colors," says Tanisha. Most of her paintings are abstract in nature and she states  "There are very few paintings of mine that are anything close to realism. The reason behind the same is also associated with my attempt to portray optimism and my belief that happiness is abstract."

"I feel proud to say that she has been immensely dedicated to art, finding time apart from her school schedule to paint." says her father Vishal Jain. To make her dream come true of a solo painting exhibition Tanisha had been painting since 2014, collecting her paintings one by one to showcase it to the world. "It's her passion and she sincerely dedicates her time to it, as a mother I can only support her," says mother Sheetu Jain.
